We are looking for a motivated Associate Buyer to join our ALDI National Buying team. As part of the team, you will focus on developing and sourcing quality products that meet customer preferences while ensuring the best value and quality in everything we offer. Working closely with suppliers, you will play a key role in merchandising, pricing, and corporate responsibility. Responsibilities

  • Support the Buying Director in managing the product life cycle of a group of products.
  • Organize and manage product samples from suppliers.
  • Provide recommendations based on market knowledge.
  • Manage multiple projects by setting priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to solve problems.
  • Utilize computer applications for database management and reporting.
  • Provide training to new staff and contribute to teamwork.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leaders.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Business or related field required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and stay organized.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
