Casteel Air, a leading HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical company in Metro Atlanta, is looking for a talented Plumbing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of plumbing structures and systems, supervising plumbing technicians, and ensuring the efficient operation of plumbing projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate plumbing project activities.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to plumbing technicians and helpers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Inspect job sites, prepare budget estimates, and submit progress reports.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Implement quality control programs and ensure cost-effective planning.
• Review payroll records and enforce safety regulations.
• Coach and develop technicians to enhance productivity and skills.

Requirements
