At VASA Fitness, we are seeking a dedicated Personal Training Lead to join our team. As a Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing our personal training business, ensuring the team meets fitness financial targets, and providing an exceptional experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients
• Develop an agile personal training team to cater to each client's needs
• Create an approachable and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage
• Retain personal training clients by delivering value and maintaining clean training spaces
• Create a supportive community for personal trainers and clients
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and package recommendations
• Work with personal trainers to achieve monthly sales targets
• Achieve monthly sales goals for attracting new clients
