Job Description

Lariat Lodge Brewing, located in Evergreen and Littleton, Colorado, is seeking a dedicated Brewer to join our dynamic team. As a valuable member of our small brewing team, you will be involved in all aspects of production, from conceptualization to packaging, and serving across our 5 BBL and 20 BBL systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial brewing or the beer industry.
• Physical fitness to meet the demands of the brewing industry, including standing for extended periods, handling various environments, working with machinery and chemicals, lifting heavy loads, and prioritizing safety.
• Excellent time management, strong work ethic, empathy, and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Customer service skills for events, daily customer interactions, and representing the company professionally.
• Knowledge of brewing processes, equipment maintenance, canning line operations, and attention to detail.
• Experience with draft line cleaning, maintenance, and a keen eye for quality.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at both brewing locations.

Hourly compensation will be based on experience level. Some overtime may be required. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer relocation assistance for out-of-state or international applicants. Please note that calls or walk-ins are not accepted.
