As a Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets at our club. Your role involves building and developing a high-performing team that helps our members achieve their fitness goals while providing a world-class experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an agile personal training team to meet clients' specific needs.
• Interact with members, clients, and guests in an approachable and inclusive manner.
• Retain clients by ensuring they receive value in personal training.
• Create a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and tailored training packages.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals for new client acquisition.
