As a Personal Training Lead, you will play a crucial role in advancing the personal training business at our club by building and developing a high-performing team dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness goals. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional training experience and driving financial success through client acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team that drives accountability and adheres to VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an agile personal training team that can customize programming to meet each client's needs.
• Create a welcoming environment within the Personal Training Cage, fostering friendly and inclusive interactions with members and clients.
• Ensure personal training clients receive exceptional value and service, leading to high retention rates.
• Foster a supportive and connected community for personal trainers and their clients, facilitating growth and development.
• Attract new clients by building personal relationships and conducting consultations.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation strategies and sales techniques to achieve monthly targets.
