Job Description

We are seeking a talented Construction Cost Project Analyst to join our National Real Estate Services team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction costs on a national level, collaborating with divisional teams to evaluate bids and ensure project alignment with cost trends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Construction Managers to negotiate contractor points.
• Analyze bids and provide detailed reports for project awards.
• Research and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure pricing alignment with historical data and project scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RS Means software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
