Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and restock merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
