We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a tidy store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and correctly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently or in a team environment.
