Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks while adhering to the ALDI M.A.P. standards
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies
• Follow company policies, ensure document security, and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Proven customer service and cash register operation skills
• Able to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
