Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and effectively, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
