Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a valuable member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains its high standards and delivers exceptional customer service.

Job Type

Full-Time, averaging 32-40 hours per week.

Starting Wage

$19.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Engage in cashiering, product stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory processes and uphold cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to offer courteous and efficient service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to meet physical demands, including lifting and stocking.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
