Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will assist in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store’s appearance. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Ability to perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and team player attitude.
  • High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
