Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and stock products weighing up to 45 pounds, perform various physical tasks within the store environment.

Qualifications

Minimum age requirement of 18 years. Proficient in customer service, cash register operations, and equipment handling. Excellent communication skills, flexibility to work in a team, and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus.
