Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in the overall customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Comply with company policies and maintain confidentiality.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Proficiency in operating equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
