Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently and maintain displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash register accurately and follow company procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, upholding document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
