Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and stock shelves efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Contribute to inventory management, including conducting counts and reporting any discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, follow instructions, and work independently or within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
