Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, handling cashier duties, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with our team, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operational knowledge of cash registers and retail equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
