We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and that customers receive exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
