Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves efficiently and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service skills and cash register proficiency.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
