Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance
  • Participate in inventory management processes and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Experience in retail operations is preferred
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
