Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance
- Participate in inventory management processes and adhere to cash handling policies
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Experience in retail operations is preferred
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
