Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and enhancing the overall customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
  • Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
