Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
