Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring efficient operations. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain clean store premises.
  • Stock shelves and displays neatly to enhance product visibility.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers effectively.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
  • Provide feedback on inventory, products, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.
  • Adhere to company policies while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register efficiently.
  • Able to operate store equipment safely and effectively.
  • Experience in retail environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
