Job Description
As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring efficient operations. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain clean store premises.
- Stock shelves and displays neatly to enhance product visibility.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers effectively.
- Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
- Provide feedback on inventory, products, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.
- Adhere to company policies while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register efficiently.
- Able to operate store equipment safely and effectively.
- Experience in retail environment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
