Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a valued member of our store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Monitor inventory and provide feedback to management
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures
  • Follow company policies and uphold security and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
  • Capable of safely using equipment and performing cleaning duties
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
