Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service, maintaining product displays, and keeping the store organized and clean.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies in all tasks.
  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
  • Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and report any issues to management.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
