We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking merchandise, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves neatly and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
