Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a vital member of the store, you will handle a variety of tasks from stocking and merchandising products to providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to maintain an organized and customer-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and inventory levels.
  • Operate a cash register efficiently and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
