Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure cleanliness.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Follow all established policies to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to meet customer service expectations and company standards.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
