Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate clearly with team members and contribute feedback to enhance operational efficiency.
• Follow inventory procedures, uphold cash policies, and comply with company guidelines.
• Execute general cleaning tasks, operate equipment safely, and maintain a tidy store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and handle customer transactions.
• Proficiency in using store equipment and performing cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience as a bonus.
