Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, operating cash registers, and maintaining the overall store appearance to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
