Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, assisting with stocking merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management to ensure a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and stock shelves neatly
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience is preferred
