Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. You will play a key role in improving the overall customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
- Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
