Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service, restocking shelves, performing general cleaning duties, and assisting customers in their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash registers
  • Safe handling of equipment and adherence to cleaning standards
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus
