We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Full-time Customer Service Representative to join the Avis Budget Group team. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental and return processes at airport locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer interaction.
• Perform tasks such as checking vehicles, processing rentals, and handling customer inquiries.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and be flexible with shifts.
• Prior retail customer service experience is a plus.
