Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to enhance the customer shopping experience. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory management, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts as per guidelines
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Comply with company policies, upholding security and confidentiality standards
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe use of equipment and adhering to cleaning standards
• Interpret and apply company policies accurately
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and organization
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
