Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers by handling various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Job Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain tidy merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with shopping
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of data/documents

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
