Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Perform inventory tasks, adhere to cash handling procedures, and comply with company policies.
• Operate equipment efficiently and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
