We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and efficiently stock shelves.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters to management.
  • Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and confidentiality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capability to execute general cleaning routines as per standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Fulfill state and local requirements for alcohol sales if applicable.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is an advantage.
  • Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
