We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position requires working collaboratively with team members and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback on products and inventory, follow cash handling procedures, and adhere to company policies.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to retail knowledge.
