Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
