Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, offering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. This position requires working 32-40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies, uphold security measures, and execute assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Handle equipment safely and operate cleaning tools.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
• Organizational skills, multitasking ability, and teamwork.

Educational Requirements and Benefits
