As a Full Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency in using cash registers and store equipment
- Capability to follow company policies and procedures
