Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Report product feedback, inventory issues, and other store-related matters.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and confidentiality.

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise, handle products weighing up to 45 pounds, and perform store-related tasks.
• Regularly stand, sit, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk around the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow cleaning standards and company procedures.
• Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work well independently and in a team.
• Meet state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
