Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and provide feedback on products.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and friendly customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
