Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Assist customers with purchases, maintain clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate a cash register.
• Knowledge of retail equipment and ability to handle merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
