Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and energetic Restaurant General Manager to lead our dedicated team at Burger King. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional customer service, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of managers and crew members to drive operational success in all areas of People, Profitability, and Operations.
  • Provide high-level leadership, ensuring excellent customer service and a friendly dining environment.
  • Work closely with the District Manager to uphold company policies, procedures, and state regulations.
  • Oversee human resource functions, including staffing, training, scheduling, and employee supervision.
  • Manage vendor relationships professionally and address customer concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
  • 5 years of overall restaurant experience.
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
