Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist customers and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Stock shelves, monitor inventory, and provide feedback to management
- Follow cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
