Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi and contribute to maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and customer-friendly store environment. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers through exceptional service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products while maintaining organized displays.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies for handling cash transactions and ensuring store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
