Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise and stock products, cashier, clean, and enhance the overall store experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Act Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Customer service and cash register operation experience
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
- Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
